We exercise every muscle of our body at the gym with some good motivation dedication but overlook the legs because of not finding them worth any training.

I'm sure you remember the famous Johnny Bravo from Cartoon Network. All he didn't have were legs. While he was just a cartoon character, there are actual examples of people that followed his footsteps to become bodybuilders but not leg-builders.

Every muscle of your body must be trained to give you a balanced and healthy look. A trained body without trained legs are never appealing.

The 29 year old Lazar Angelov from Bulgaria has been working out in the gym for over 10 years. Formerly a basketball player of the junior basketball team of Bulgaria, Lazar joined the Army at the age of 18 and spent an year and a half there and that's where he got the notion of bodybuilding.

He worked as the personal trainer for the National Sports Academy and competed in several bodybuilding competitions worldwide. He never won, but would always secure a bronze medal at least. The natural bodybuilder currently works as an online personal trainer.

Jeff Seid, the 6"0' beast from Washington is only 19 years old. He was into sports from age 5 and played several games in his school team. Jeff is the youngest IFBB professional in history.

In 7th grade, at the age of 12, he started bodybuilding and its these 7 years of hard training that made him into what he is today. According to Jeff, he never missed workout for max a week and is still training his body.

Ulisses Jr 35, started bodybuilding in his teens, at the age 19, because of being super skinny. After few years of training, his friends put him into a bodybuilding show and that's where the extreme burnout started.

He's appeared on several magazine covers and currently runs his own personal training studio in New York.

Gabriel Levan or the "GreatSak" is a 25 years old bodybuilder from France who became the First French Nutri-sups & Mutated Nation Inc athlete.

He's been in the bodybuilding industry for over 8 years and has been a motivation for several new bodybuilders out there.

5. Rob Riches

Rob Riches, the 31 year old personal trainer from California got the motivation for bodybuilding after reading several magazines and TV shows about bodybuilding. He's won several awards in the field.

His first competition was the BNBF (Britist National Bodybuilding Fedaration) cup in 2006 where stood against some really big and strong guys in the novice category and won. Currently, he works as a personal trainer and has trained thousands of individuals worldwide.

6. Greg Plitt

Greg Plitt is a 36 year old actor and fitness model who stars in the Bravo television series Work Out and has appeared in several other noted TV Shows and Movies like the Terminator Salvation.

Greg has modeled for Under Armour, Calvin Klein and several others along with some editorials for magazines like Maxim and Men's Fitness. Currently, he works as a certified personal trainer in Los Angeles.

7. Mike O'Hearn

Michael O'Hearn, 45, is an American bodybuilder, actor an fitness model who's been features on over 500 magazine covers and has worked on over 20 TV shows and movies.

He's also worked as a stuntman in several movies.


Training legs are not hard, we just don't do it. Legs are the part of body I've personally seen to develop the quickest. One day per week of training is enough for them.
